Priscilla Townsend grew up in a teensy town called Fitzgerald, GA. Her love for music developed with a guitar given to her in kindergarten. Ever since she can remember, Priscilla has been singing.
Priscilla discovered a passion for song-writing when she moved to Arkansas at the age of 10. Waxhaw, NC is the most recent dot on Priscilla's map. She resides there with her family when she isn't studying Dental Hygiene at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In late summer of 2010 after winning a recording contest, the Bench Studios immediately recognized Priscilla's gift and signed her to a recording contract. Priscilla is now balancing her schedule, making time for college life and her musicNow finished with her first album "Chasing Sleep" , Priscilla continues to write songs and enjoys picking up new instruments in addition to guitar, such as the ukulele, djembe, and piano.
