Welcome to our music download page! You are one of 500 people who have access to these limited edition acoustic songs. They were all recorded in Winnipeg, MB at Empire Recording, above a classy cowboy dance club in May 2009. In between drinking homemade wine and tracking songs for our upcoming album, we decided to record these songs as a special release.

Michou is a five piece Indie / Pop group that focuses on simple textures and dramatic presentation. Although Michou has only been performing as a group since September 2007, all members have been individually performing for many years. The music’s dynamic lies distinctly within the diversity of instrumentation. From hauntingly bowed banjo parts to slide guitar, Michou strives for a sort of audio gymnastic which creates entertaining hurtles for the members and listeners.
Recently, Michou has been busy recording their next album with producer, Phil Deschambault in Winnipeg, MB.
