Adidas

To promote their products, Adidas released a free digital mix tape to those with qualifying in-store purchases. They partnered with Footaction and BluRoc Records on this large-scale campaign, and 50,000 cards were distributed to Footaction locations nationwide. As a free gift with any Adidas shoe purchase, customers received a ‘mix’ compilation from BluRoc Records, media mogul Damon Dash’s independent label. The 17-track Dropcard provided various touch points. When customers visited the site to redeem, they were offered a chance to enter the Footaction and Adidas mailing lists for future offers and discounts.
